Charles Russler or Bubby as my Dad always called him was the kind of man that was always there to lend a helping hand. Our parents thought the world of him because he was always a good neighbor to them.He will be greatly missed by friends and family.His family has our deepest sympathy.Sincerely, Tom and Madeline Barney
