Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Timothy King can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

I wish to send my deepest condolences to Tim's family and colleagues! I met him first time in 2004 as a young PhD student at an international meeting for researchers working with various Atlantic salmon population genetic questions. Already then I knew who I'd like to be my opponent in the public examination on my thesis. It was a great joy to me when the dissertation was finally ready that Tim agreed to act as my thesis examiner and opponent. I have only wonderful memories of that day and the discussion we had. I couldn't have had a better and kinder opponent!
