I can't remember ever meeting a perfect gentleman, but Phil was so close. He was a caring individual that everyone that knew him loved him. The whole Martin family is like that. Phil was Chief when my husband, a former fire chief, passed on. Phil was a treasure in all the support and advice he gave me. He stood by everyone who needed him. Diane, you were his partner and had his back always. He will be missed by so many. We have lost a true friend,father, husband, brother and an awesome man.
