I just found out from my sister, Eleanor (Lincoln) Gooch about the passing of Gerald Bell in April 2018. I went to Ramer School with Gerald, as well as his brother Jeffrey and their mother, Mrs. Anna, was my Cub Scout den leader. I moved away from Martinsburg after the death of my grandmother, Mrs. Fannie Marks relocating to New Castle, PA in 1964 and over the years lost contact with Gerald and Jeffrey. I send our sincere condolences from the Lincoln family here in Sacramento, California James (Sidney) and Gwen to the Bell family. One of the greatest things to remember if Gerald was a born again Christian he is in peace because " to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord."
