Obituary for Neysa Marie Fogle (Cosens)
Neysa Marie “Cosens” Fogle, 59, of Martinsburg, passed away on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 at her home.
Born February 25, 1959 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of Mildred Smith Cosens and the late Theodore “Teddy” Cosens.
She loved entertaining and decorating for all the holidays. Neysa loved watching football and Sunday dinners.
She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Bruce Fogle; one son, Christopher Fogle; one daughter, Jessica Michelle Fogle, all of Martinsburg; one brother, Theodore “Tink” Cosens; and one sister, Mildred “Middie” Cosens, both of Hagerstown; sister and brother-in-law, Ethel and Dale Nemcek; and close family friend who she thought of as a sister, Heather Grove.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Tammy.
Memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home.
