Obituary for Irene Beatrice Miller (Fishel)
Irene Beatrice Fishel Miller, 69, of Martinsburg, passed away Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born November 4, 1948, in Slanesville, WV she was the daughter of the late Oliver Fishel and Laura Bell Fishel.
She attended Calvary Chapel Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Loretta Lynn Miller (William Scott Billmyer), Crystal Gale Decker (Joshua Decker): two grandchildren, Austin Zachary Miller and Andrew Jacob Miller: two sisters, Nellie Flanagan and Mary Ours and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin Miller; two sisters, Virginia, Harbaugh and Rose Ann Magruder; and one brother, Oliver Smith.
A Memorial service will be held Calvary Chapel Church at a later date.
Arrangements by Brown Funeral Home.
