We send special love and thoughts to family and special loved ones who are remembering "Miss Charlotte." She was an integral part of the CAT-5 team at the VA for many years and it was my honor to work with her on the team. That program for helping Veterans recover their lives remains vital because of the foundation she and others help to forge. Sweet rest, my friend.
