Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Cleve Elrod can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Memories

We lost one on the dearest men I have known. Mickey moved to Marvell when we were in the 7th grade. I asked Mick once how he got the name Mickey and he said he made it up himself. We had two Mickeys in our class, Miki Gschwend and Mickey Elrod. Life was not really that exciting growing up in Marvell, but I smile each time I think of the some of the things that Mickey and I did. Hitch hiking to the bay comes to mind. Mickey was popular with everyone. I know several young ladies have a warm spot in their hearts for Mickey. Mickey loved and adored his father Mr. Cleve Elrod. When Mickey moved to the DC area he introduced himself as Cleve. I believe it was in honor of his father. Joe Remley
