Val came into my daughters life years ago, but they became closest in the fight against Breast Cancer. Bec had me learn how to make wreaths so I could make them and donate them to earn money for the trips. Val made such an impact on my daughter and how she viewed life and the things that happen to us that we can't control. Those girls walked in cold & rain and hurt on every part of their bodies. But in their hearts they hoped this would help reach a cure and make their beloved friend better again. Unfortunately cancer took Val away and has left all that knew her suffer even more. I never got to meet you, but you have been in my heart & i feel like I've know you for a while now. You will be greatly missed. We will continue to do fund raiser, This time it will be for Leighton. Be at peace. We were so blessed that you were in our lives.
