To Fred's family and friends, I have known Fred for a very long time. We were in the fire department together early on. Fred was always one of the good guys. Although our lives took different directions, i would bump in to him from time to time and exchange pleasantries. Always pleasant. I was really disturbed by the news of Fred's untimely death when i saw it on Facebook. It has been on my mind since. So unreal. But as we know, God has plans for him. His story maybe will inspire others and I think Fred even says that on his page. God bless you Fred.....
