Cynthia Ann  Brining (Pitzer)
Cynthia Ann Brining, 71, of Hedgesville, passed away on Wednesday, August 29, 2018 at the Winchester Medical Center.

Born July 22, 1947 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late James Roland Pitzer, Sr. and Thelma Isabel McDaniel Pitzer.

She was a member of Otterbein United Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Kenneth Earl Brining; one son, Kenneth E. Brining, Jr; one daughter, Kimberly A. Blizzard and husband Justin; and two granddaughters, Brittany Brining and Gracie Blizzard.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, James Roland Pitzer, Jr. and Steven Pitzer; and two sisters, Portia Jones and Deloris Sue Pownell.

Services and interment are private.
