Douglas “Eugene” Colvin, III, 45, Winchester, VA passed away on June 9, 2018, due to an automobile accident.

Born July 17, 1972 in Winchester, VA he is the son of Irene Harmon Colvin and the late Douglas Colvin, Jr.

Doug worked in construction and loved to build things with his hands. He has two children by Octaviea Lee Hansell Colvin: a son, Wyatt Colvin; a daughter, Felisha Colvin in Timberville, VA; brother, Pete Colvin of Winchester; two sisters, Tracy Knox of Philippi and Regina Colvin; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Services and interment are private.
