Gerald Bell 70, passed away on April 7, 2018 at Clary Grove Nursing Center in Martinsburg WV.

Gerald was born September 18, 1947 in Queen Mary’s Hospital, Brooklyn New York. He was the son of the late Luther and Anna Bell.

Gerald attended Ramer Memorial School, and he lived many years in Harrisburg, PA. He was employed by the state of Pennsylvania until suffering a stroke, which left him disabled.

Gerald was a lover of life. He had an extremely social personality, and liked to have a good time. He enjoyed laughing and telling stories. Gerald loved his music, his many hats and his family.

Gerald is survived by his wife Shirley, three daughters Ingrid, Tracey and Jennifer (Edward). Two step daughters Trina and Stephanie. Nine grandchildren Denekia, Marquis, Edward (Khalil) 1st, Ashley, Sh’Daiya, DaShon, Koryn, Shakera and Justin and three great grandchildren London, Aubrey and Edward Khalil Jr. He is also survived by one brother Jeffrey T. Bell Sr. and his children Jeffrey Jr. (Kathleen) and Jenéa (Michael). Six sister-in-laws Theresa, Alisha, Barbara, Vicky, Karen and Jackie, five brother-in-laws, Eric, Alvin, Mark, Clark and Clifton Jr. Two uncles Wayne and John Banks, two aunts Teresa and Virginia and a host of other cousins, nieces and nephews.
