Obituary for Margaret Ann Everhart

Margaret Ann Everhart, 74, of Inwood, WV, passed away on Sunday, April 1, 2018.

Born October 28, 1943 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Truman Knipple and Lucy (Davis) Knipple.

She was a member of the New Life Community Church. Margaret and her friend, Margie Owens loved going to the hospitals to pray for the sick. She liked her job as a cook; and loved spending time with her husband and all her children. She showed her love to her children every day.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, , Bruce W. Everhart, Sr.; three sons Bruce W. Everhart, Jr., Luke A. Everhart, and Jay Whitmore; two daughters, Millie Barret and Theresa Wright; four step-sons, Bruce L. Everhart, Dale B. Everhart, Ronald W. Everhart, and William Everhart; a step-daughter, Flora “Sissy” Frick; fourteen grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; one brother, John Knipple; a number of nieces and nephews; and her best friends, George and Linda.

She was preceded in death by two sons, John W. Wright and John E. Wright, Jr.; three brothers, Lyle, Pete, and Truman B. Knipple; and five sisters, Esther Collis, Cora McDonald, Loma Derring, Evelyn Sites, and Jeannetta Edwards; and her two cat’s Tiger and Sweet Pea who were the love of her life.

Family will receive friends on Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 11:00AM at the Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood with Pastor Jim Goforth officiating. Interment will be in Central Chapel Cemetery.
