The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Barbara McThenia can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

My lovely Mother, I will miss you so much. I know you are in a much better place though, and are with other loved ones that left you previously. It wont be the same not hearing your voice and having you with our family here on Earth anymore. I am comforted knowing that you are not suffering anymore. And I am comforted in knowing that you were a Believer in Christ. I will miss your smile. I will remember what a strong Mother you were and all that you did for me and everyone else.
