I'm sorry to hear of Penny's passing please accept my sincere sympathy. I had the pleasure of doing Penny's hair for quite a few years when I worked at Hair Cuttery she was a beautiful lady inside and out.Rachael and family please know I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
