Obituary for Shannon Lynn Lewis (Lewis)

Shannon Lynn Lewis, 46, passed away on October 10, 2016 at Berkeley Medical Center.

She was a devoted wife to Wallace "Doobie" Foltz, Jr. and loving mother to Phillip C. Foltz.

Shannon was born at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana on January 5, 1970. She was a graduate of Musselman High School.

She was a stay at home mom and homemaker.

Shannon is preceded in death by a son, Thomas Michael Foltz, and grandparents, Charles and Gladys Lewis.

Shannon is survived by husband, Wallace "Doobie" Foltz, Jr.; son, Phillip C. Foltz; brother, Louis "Pete" Lewis, Jr. and Kim Lewis; father, Louis "Butch" Lewis, Sr.; mother, Candis Butts; mother-in-law, Sherry Walters and Tom Shirley; father-in-law, Wallace Foltz, Sr. and Elizabeth Foltz.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at 3:00PM at Brown Funeral Home. Family will receive friends from 2:00PM to 3:00PM prior to service at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.

Shannon was a strong supporter of organ donation and chose to give the gift of a lifetime.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to the Phillip C. Foltz Education Fund c/o City National Bank, 1700 West King Street, Martinsburg, WV 25401.
