Obituary for Eleanor Brezinski Pederson
Eleanor Brezinski Pederson, 85, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at the Berkeley Medical Center.
Born November 22, 1930 in Nanticoke, PA she was the daughter of the late Ignatz and Wladyslawa Gorka Brezinski.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, A. James Pederson; three sons: James Pederson (Eileen), Jerome Pederson; and Jeffrey Pederson (Julie); one daughter, Susan Duensing; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and her sister Irene Dzik.
She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph; a grandson, Matthew; and a son-in-law, Bruce Duensing. In recent years, she enjoyed water aerobics and weight training. She deeply loved her children and grandchildren. She was a people person and never met a stranger.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 11:00AM at St. Leo Catholic Church in Inwood, WV, with Father Alfred Obiudu serving as the celebrant. Internment prayers will be said in St. Leo Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00AM to 11:00AM prior to service at the church with a reception following internment.
