Obituary for Michelle Danielle Watson (Roper)

Michelle Danielle Roper Watson, 47 of Charles Town, passed away, Sunday April 10, 2016 at the Jefferson Medical Center. Born January 29, 1969 in Ranson she was the daughter of Alberta Lillian Harris Mc Elveen of Ashburn, Virginia and the late Donald Harmon Roper. Michelle attended Church of Christ. In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband, Jerry Watson, at home, two brothers, Donnie Roper of Virginia and Ricky Roper of West Virginia, sisters, Maria Mc Elveen of Ashburn, Virginia and Christine Roper of West Virginia, Aunts, Lucy Allen and husband Henry of Charles Town, Esther Long and husband Charles of Hedgesville, Celina Carter and Sarah Walker, both of Kearneysville and Uncle Lawrence Johnson of Ranson and a host of other family members. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 1 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016 at the Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald Anderson and Rev. Kevin Mangram officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant View Memory Gardens.The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
