Obituary for Geraldine Ann "Sissy" Miller (Mumaw)

Geraldine Ann “Sissy” Miller, 82, of Martinsburg, went to be with the Lord Friday, May 22, 2015, at Berkeley Medical Center.

Born June 6, 1932 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of the late Russell Taft Mumaw and Arvella Marie (Clark) Mumaw.

Mrs. Miller was an inspector for Royce Hosiery.

She is survived by her son, Steve C. Miller and wife, Cyndi; three grandchildren, Ryan M., Steve D., and Hannah M. Miller; four great-grandchildren, twins Logan & Landyn and Caden and Aaron Miller; one brother, William V. Mumaw. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas Loring Miller, brother, Kenneth Mumaw and one sister, Phyllis B. LeHew.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Thursday, May 28, 2015, at Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Buracker officiating. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 27th, at the funeral home.
