Obituary for Walter Charles "Gabe" Gabriel
Walter Charles "Gabe" Gabriel, 85, of Inwood, passed away on Monday, May 11, 2015 at his residence.
Born June 20, 1929 in Vancouver, WA.
He was a veteran of the US Army and a member of the VFW Post in Romney,
He is survived by Tammy Stanley Gabriel and partner, Galen Butts; one son, Walter Gabriel; two daughters, Pamela Drayer, and Denise Frederick; eleven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one sister, Ginger Myers.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Sallie Mae and a son, Steven Gabriel.
Family will receive friends from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood.
Funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at 3:00PM at the funeral chapel Rev. William Crowe officiating.
Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery at a later date.
