Obituary for Gregory Paul Burkett

Gregory Paul Burkett, 61, of Martinsburg passed away on Sunday, March 22, 2015 at his home.

Born November 25, 1953 in Hagerstown, Maryland, he was the son of Joan Louise Barber Hess and the late Paul C. Burkett and surviving spouse, Tansey Burkett.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores Gaydosh Burkett; a son, Grason P. Burkett of Martinsburg; a granddaughter, Gracie S. Burkett; two sisters, Angela D. Fraley; Penny R. Gibson; one brother, Jimmy C. Burkett; and four half brothers; brothers and sisters-in-law, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces; and two best friends, Larry Tipton and Tony Prato

He was a 20 year member of the Charles Town Moose Lodge #948.

There will be no visitation.

A memorial service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, March 29, 2015, at the Charles Town Moose.
