Obituary for Paul A. "Buss" Breeden


Paul A. “Buss” Breeden,80, of Kearneysville, ended his earthly journey and joined our Heavenly Father on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Berkeley Medical Center with his family at his bedside.
Born February 26, 1934 in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Harry A. Breeden and Mary E. Clemons Breeden.
He was a veteran of the US Marine Corp having served in the Korean Conflict. He retired from the US Dept. of Interior, Harpers Ferry Job Corp.
He is survived by his wife, of 54 years, Janice C. Richard Breeden; son, Paul Richard Breeden and wife Shelley, of Martinsburg; daughter Jennifer L. Reed and husband, Lawrence, of Kearneysville; three grandsons, Grant A. and Dalton M. Reed, Camden P. Breeden; one step grandson, Owen Johnson; as well as nieces , nephews and extended family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Albert, Ashby , and Norman Breeden, and six sisters, Josephine Frye, Shelby Mose, Louise Staubs, Mary Frances Stephens, Pauline Sweeney, and Gerline Whirley.
Family will receive friends on Monday, November 24, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at funeral home with Pastor Christopher Johnson officiating. Military graveside services will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
