Obituary for Gavin Samuel Henderson - Hammett

Gavin Samuel Henderson – Hammett, infant son of Zachary Samuel Hammett and Kymberly Elizabeth Ann Henderson, was born in Martinsburg on October 23, 2014 and passed away on October 25, 2014, at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by maternal grandparents, Chris and Stephanie Henderson; maternal great-grandparents, Kenney and Connie Henderson and Ernest Gaddy, Jr., ; paternal grandparents, Sam and Diane Hammett and paternal great-grandparents, Mary Lamp and John and Betty Hammett.

Graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29. 2014 at Rosedale Cemetery with The Ven. G. T. Schramm officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to NICU @ WV Children’s Hospital, Morgantown, WV. 26506.

Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
