Charlie as we called him at work was a hard worker allways early,honest,reliable liked by all of our customers he was a character a bit ornery but a hard working blue collar kind of guy that we could allways count on i am saddened to hear of his passing i pray for the fogle family that God will comfort you in your time of mourning for a man that was well liked and respected sincerely Richard Mathias branch manager northern virginia supply.
