Obituary for Ronald Lee Gent

Ronald Lee "Gubb" Gent, 65, of Bunker Hill, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2014 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born January 30, 1949 in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Alvin W. and Geraldine D. Miller Gent.
He was a member of the Rest United Methodist Church in Clearbrook.
He graduated Musselman High School. He was a veteran of the US Army, 1st Cavalry Division, having served in Vietnam.
Gubb was well known and a friend to all.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Elizabeth "Dee" (Riley) Gent; son, Blue Gent; daughter Kelly V. Clark and husband, David L.; two grandchildren, Skye Clark and Kohl Clark; and one brother, Thomas L. Gent.
Services and interment will be private.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Martinsburg Animal Shelter, 554 Charles Town Road, Martinsburg, WV 25405.
Military graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 11:00AM at Rest United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Tom Reynolds officiating.
Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
