Cathy Locher Reynolds, 50, of Martinsburg, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2014.

Born January 2, 1964 in Johnstown, PA she is the daughter of Beverly Evans Locher, of Martinsburg, and the late Rodger Locher.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Russell Locher; one daughter, Catrina Hartman; four grandchildren, Angel and Kanonn Onderdonk (who appear beside her in photo), and Jameson and Kayden Locher; two brothers, Rocky and Ron; and two sisters, Cheryl and Charlotte.

Memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 12, 2014 at the Brown Funeral Home.
