Obituary for Elsie Elizabeth Sanders
Elsie Elizabeth Faulkwell Sanders, 78, Martinsburg, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Berkeley Springs Rehab & Nursing Home.
Born on August 29, 1935 in Martinsburg she was the daughter of the late James W. and Stella T. Miller Faulkwell.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.
She had previously worked at Interwoven Mills and Carol Electronics. She enjoyed quilting making crafts and reading.
She is survived by a son, Darrell W. Sanders; a daughter, Brenda F. Weigle and husband, Bernard, Jr., both of Martinsburg; four grandchildren, Amanda Sanders, Jessica Sanders, Wyatt Sanders, and Bryce Weigle and fiancee Kendra; one great-granddaughter, Elizabeth A. Weigle; and a brother, James W. Faulkwell II and wife, Joann of Gerrardstown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert W. Sanders, and a sister, Patricia H. Files.
Family will receive friends on 7:00PM to 9:00PM on Saturday, February 22, 2014 at Brown Funeral Home.
Services will be held at 1:00PM on Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Brown Funeral Home with Rev. Lloyd B. McCanna officiating. Interment will be in Hedgesville Cemetery.
