For about three years, I attended Calvary and Dorothy and I were in the same Sunday School class. She was a dear lady that loved The Lord. I remember how much she loved to attend the Soup for the Soul women’s ministry event we had a couple of years. I enjoyed talking with her. She would often remind me that The Lord would take care of everything.

My heart goes out to your family for the loss of your beloved Dorothy. I know how hard it can be to find comfort at a time like this. I find that God's Word the Bible at 2 Thessalonians 2:16, 17 and Psalms 34:18 offers such comfort. There God promises to be near to those who are broken hearted providing them everlasting comfort and hope. I pray these words will help you through your grief. My deepest sympathy.
