Billie & I always enjoyed visiting with Trudy & Dale during the 8 years we lived in the neighborhood. Such a quiet, soft-spoken person. Always ready to give assistance. My condolences to the Family and God Bless Dale's Soul. RIP Dale.

Dear Payne Family: I am so sorry for your recent loss. We are never prepared for such a tragedy.
