Obituary for Winston "Bumpy" Threadgill Jr.
Winston “Bumpy” Threadgill, Jr., 56 of Harpers Ferry, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2022 while surrounded by his loving family and under the care of Hospice.
Born June 21, 1965 in Tacoma Park, Maryland, he was the son of Winston Threadgill, Sr. and Joyce Ann LeRendu Threadgill. Winston was a member of the Haven of Hope Tabernacle. He worked as a CNA at the Shenandoah Nursing Home and worked at the Jefferson County Board of Education. He was very active with his church community.
In addition to his parents he is survived by two sons, Daniel Threadgill and fiancé Christina Nadeau and Samuel Threadgill and wife Melinda of Lake Placid, Florida, daughter Hannah Beth Threadgill, grandchiklren; Andrew and Ava, brothers, Quentin Threadgill and wife Lisa, Teddy Threadgill and William Threadgill and wife Leslie, all of Harpers Ferry and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2022 at the Haven of Hope Tabernacle with the Pastor Brent Markee officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 Noon til 2:00PM
