Obituary for Walter Lee Green, Jr.
Walter Lee Green, Jr., 50, of Inwood passed away at his home Tuesday, September 15, 2020.
Born July 15, 1970 in Berkeley County, WV he is the son of Walter Lee Green and Elizabeth Britton Moreland.
He had worked at the Brick Yard, Shockey’s and Royal Vendors. He worked at each place for multiple years and of course made friends anywhere he went.
Walter was a great man who loved to make people laugh and would light up a room with his presence. He was a hard worker. He loved spending time with his children and family and loved with all he had. He enjoyed riding his Harley, playing with his RC cars and listening to Rock & Roll.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Tamera Green; three daughters, Jorden Liskey of Middleway, Autumn Furley of Martinsburg, Ally Furley of Inwood; one son, Austin Furley of Martinsburg; two grandchildren, Jack and Jaden; and one brother, Anthony Green of Martinsburg and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Edith and Pete Schley, and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Britton, Sr.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
Interment will be private.
