Obituary for Thomas Alan "'T.J."" Cooper
Thomas Alan Cooper Jr., “T.J.”, 42 of Charles Town passed away Thursday July 14, 2022.
Born July 30, 1979, in Ranson, West Virginia he was the son of Debra Lynn Taylor Cooper and the late Thomas A Cooper Sr. He worked construction, enjoyed fishing, swimming, going to the racetrack, and loved making others laugh. TJ was very outgoing and made friends everywhere he went. He was a champion billiards player and was due to play in Las Vegas, Nevada this fall.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife Brandi, 3 daughters: Jacqueline Cooper, of Inwood, Maya Dozier, of Charles Town, and Makayla Zigbou and husband Demetrius, of North Carolina; 2 stepsons: Gregory Armstrong, and wife Kacie, and Daniel Armstrong, all of Hickory, North Carolina; 4 grandchildren: Landon, Jaxon, Aubree and Autumn, and 1 brother, Joseph Cooper, of Charles Town.
In addition to his father, Thomas was preceded in death by his sister Shawn Cooper.
Services will be private.
