Obituary for Susan Faye Anderson (Harrold)
Susan Faye Anderson (Harrold), born June 3, 1951, in Front Royal, VA was surrounded by family when she passed Saturday morning, January 23, 2021.
She was predeceased by her parents, Woodrow Wilson Harrold and Mildred Mary Harrold (Andrews); her brothers, Charles (Chuck) Harrold and Wayne Harrold.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-one years, Victor L. Anderson; her children: Victor L. Anderson II (Jayne Shanholtz), Mary Jo Anderson (Greg Johnson), and Cherry Linton; her grandchildren: Jacob Cooper, Carter Cooper, Camden Linton and Madeline Johnson; her great-grandchildren, London Linton and Camden Linton Jr.; her brothers and sister, Jacob (Jake) Harrold, Patrick (Pat) Harrold, Woodrow Wilson Harrold, Jr. and Sherry Harrold.
Susan was dedicated to her family and friends and always willing to support them through their troubles and triumphs. She was fun-loving and enjoyed seeing her family laugh and "carry-on". Susan served in varied capacities at the VA Hospital in Martinsburg, WV over the course of 30 years, where she served as President of the local NAGE union for most of that time. She was committed to supporting her fellow union members in their pursuit to serve the VA patients to the best of their abilities. Susan was proud of her service at the VA.

The Brown Funeral Home will be open for family to receive friends only from the hours of 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 27, 2021.
Funeral service will be held immediately after visitation at 11:00 a.m. Visitors will be required to wear facemasks, practice social distancing, and follow directives. Interment will be at Mt. View Cemetery in Sharpsburg, MD.
