Shirley Ann Stephens, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022 at Shenandoah Center.
Born July 3, 1934 in Detroit Lakes, MN, she was the daughter of the late Casper William and Hazel Robbecke.
Survived by her daughter, Susan Beebe, (Tom) of Harpers Ferry; son, Mike of Ashland, OR and son, Scott (Karla) of DeSoto, KS; 8 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene E. Stephens.
