Obituary for Samantha Jo Crouse
Samantha Jo Crouse, 30, of Martinsburg passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021.
Born February 6, 1990 in Portsmouth Naval Hospital, VA, she is the daughter of Thomas Patrick Crouse and stepmother, Dee Crouse, and the late Bonnie Lynn Bozemen Crouse.
She is survived by two daughters, Kelli, and Hailee; a brother, Chad Crouse; a sister, Amanda O’ Heir; and grandparents, Rose Huie, and Gloria and George Holmes.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Katherine, and Donald Crouse.
The Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood will be open for family to receive friends only from the hours of 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Sunday, February 7, 2021.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
Funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM at the chapel.
Interment will be private.
