Obituary for Ruth Ann "Ruthie" Fraley (Hansrote)
Ruth Ann “Ruthie” Hansrote Fraley 78, of Martinsburg, WV, passed away Saturday, February 27, 2021 at Berkeley Medical Center.
Born August 26, 1942 in Martinsburg, WV she was the daughter of the late Pearl and Albert Hansrote, Sr.
Retired, worked at Garden State Tanning, Williamsport, MD for many years.
She is survived by one sister, Nancy Gladden; one brother, Rodney Hansrote; three sons, John Gesford, Jr., and wife, Joy, Terry Gesford, and wife, Pam, and Timmy Gesford, and wife, Angie; two daughters, Tina Gesford with whom she resided with, and Denise Chambers, all of Martinsburg; eleven grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Albert, “Butch”, Roy “Mike”, Larry, and Ronald Hansrote; and one sister, Gail Hansrote.
The Brown Funeral Home will be open for family to receive friends only from the hours of 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, March 4, 2021.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
