Obituary for Roger Wayne Jenkins
Roger Wayne Jenkins, 68, of Martinsburg, reunited with his parents on Friday, January 29, 2021 at his home.
Born April 25, 1952 in Harrisonburg, VA, he was the son of the late George Washington Jenkins and Annie Elizabeth Payne Jenkins.
Roger loved playing his guitar and was a great singer. He was an amazing husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Constance Renee White Jenkins; two daughters, Stacey Nicole Jenkins and Samantha Marie Jenkins-Mendez; one stepdaughter, Carla Renee Armel; six grandchildren, Skiler, Louis, Landan, Keegan, Catalena and Carroll; and one great granddaughter, Emily Rae.
He was preceded in death by one stepdaughter, Crystal Rae Armel and one sister, Juanita Elizabeth Jenkins.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Inwood Family Worship Center, 28 Lafayette Ln, Inwood, WV 25428 with Bishop David Palmer officiating.
Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
Interment will be private.
