Obituary for Richard Martin Owens
Richard Martin Owens, 84, of Martinsburg went to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born on March 14, 1936 in Martinsburg, he was the son of the late Boyd Owens and May Faircloth Owens.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Stephens Owens; one son, Dwayne Owens; two daughters, Tina and Tracey; one stepdaughter, Therese Everette and nine grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Eddie Owens.
Services and interment will be private.
