Richard Odel Burton, 70, of Martinsburg, passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Stonerise Nursing Home.
Born July 23, 1952, in California, he was the son of the late Robert Burton and Shirley Suggs Burton.
He was retired from the Department of Highways.
He is survived by his wife, Lorraine Burton; one son, Robert Burton; one daughter, Kassandra Ventler; a number of grandchildren; and one sister, Marsha Leaverton.
Services and interment will be private.
