Obituary for Rebecca Jane Broy (Domer)
Rebecca Jane Broy, 70, of Martinsburg passed away on Monday, October 19, 2020.
Born August 10, 1950 in Berkeley County, WV she was the daughter of the late William Kenneth Domer and Clara Louise Butts Domer.
She is survived by three sons, Roy Whalen, Brian Whalen and Dale Whalen; two daughters, Theresa Morris and Loretta Bynum; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one brother, William K. Domer and one sister, Barbara Williams.
Services and interment will be private.
