Obituary for Norma Jean Jones (Bender)
Norma Jean Jones, 81, of Martinsburg passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born January 10, 1939 in Chambersburg, PA she was the daughter of the late Floyd Bender and Ruth Overcash Bender.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Jones, Sr.; one son, Robert Jones, Jr. and wife, Denise; one daughter, Melody Talhelm and husband, Christopher; three grandchildren, Hunter Jones, M. Abi Wise, Emma Jean Wise; one great-grandchild Tanner Neace; and one sister, Donna Shoop.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at 11:00 a.m.at the Brown Funeral Home with Pastor Craig Smith and Cheryl Snyder officiating.
Family will receive friends one hour prior from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives. Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
