Obituary for Michele "Mike" Theodore Tiglio
On February 12, 2021 Michele (Mike)Tiglio,78 passed away from complications from the Covid-19 virus.
Mike was born on August 25, 1942 in Bound Brook, New Jersey to Daniel and Jennie Tiglio.
Mike was the beloved husband for 59 years to Isabelle (LaCourt) Tiglio, father of Jodi Fabrizio-Clontz (Greg), Sheri Loube (Ron), JoAnn Blackburn (Greg) and Susan Carr (Ben). Grandfather to Kylie Widerman (Kevin),
Scott Huffman, Michela Fabrizio, Erika Huffman, Gabrielle Tiglio and Connor Loube. Great grandfather to Bella Greenhill, Chase Widerman and Sophia Greenhill. His brother Anthony Tiglio, predeceased him.
Mike served his country in the U.S. Air Force at Wurtsmith AFB until 1965. Mike worked as a cameraman for WNEM TV in Bay City, Michigan for 11 years until he became a Union Staff Representative for NABET-CWA for over 25 years until he retired.
Mike was an avid New York Giants fan and never missed a Sunday in front of the TV with his homemade ravioli.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the either the Alzheimer’s Association or the NABET-CWA Scholarship Fund.
