Michael W. “Loose” Timmons, made his journey home to be with the Lord on December 22, 2022.
Mike was born February 23, 1957, in Chambersburg, PA. to the late Evaline Grace Worthington Timmons and William Lester Timmons.
The family later moved to Berkeley County where Mike grew up, attended school and served in the United States Army.
He retired from custodian work in 2017 after having been employed by the IRS and the Offices of Berkeley County.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, Mountainteer football, the NY Gaints, and loved to watch horse racing.
Mike leaves and will be missed by his wife, Virginia F. “Ginger” Timmons; brother, David Ernest Timmons and wife, Debbie; his sister, Michelle Timmons Ceravalo and husband, Frank; niece, and nephew, Samantha Ceravalo and Ben Ceravalo; son in-law, Jeff Donahue; granddaughters; and a special aunt Helen Kern.
He will join in heaven his parents, his only child, April Timmons Donahue, and special uncle Hickory Kern.
The family wishes to thank Hospice of the Panhandle for their care and assistance and all those who lent a hand to Ginger through Mike’s illness.
There will be no service as per his request Mike’s remains are being donated to West Virginia for scientific research.
