Obituary for Mary Lee Jarvis (Trout)
Mary Lee Jarvis, 90, of Martinsburg, WV, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at her home.
She was the oldest daughter of John and Beatrice Trout, born October 23, 1930 in Carl, Nicholas County, WV.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Ray Jarvis in 1994, they were married at Moody Church in Chicago, IL on June 25, 1960; and sister Onilee Haggerty.
She is survived by her loving sister, Shirldine (and Bill) Marion of Martinsburg, one niece, Mary Frances Horton, and 4 nephews, Mike Haggerty, Pat Haggerty, Dave Marion, and Chris Marion; 7 great nieces and 8 great nephews.
Mary was a longtime member of Independent Bible Church in Martinsburg, WV. She was a former Sunday School teacher and deaconess. She enjoyed going on several mission trips to other countries.
She was retired from Fairchild Aircraft.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 8, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Independent Bible Church, 2306 Hedgesville Rd, Martinsburg, WV 25403 with Pastor Mark Johnson officiating. Family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service at the church.
Graveside service will be held at 12 PM noon on Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at Wallace Memorial Cemetery in Clintonville, WV.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives at both the church and graveside services.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Independent Bible Church, 2306 Hedgesville Rd, Martinsburg, WV 25403.
