Marvin Phillip Moore, 80, of Martinsburg, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2020.
Born July 13, 1940 in Delaware, OH, he was the son of the late Perley Thomas Moore and Ruby Ester Morris Moore.
Marvin retired from the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Tech.
He is survived by two sons, Jeff Moore and Dale Maraugha. He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Marie Moore.
Services and interment will be private.
