Obituary for Marion Barr "Peanut" Largent
Marion Barr Largent “Peanut”,69, of Martinsburg passed away Monday, June 6, 2022 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born January 13, 1953 in Berkeley County he was the son of the late Luther Largent, Sr., and Mildred Price Largent.
Marion worked for the West Virginia Department of Highways.
He is survived by his life partner Mary Bryant; son Christopher Largent (Teresa Puleo); two daughters, Tina Leake (Kevin) and Melissa Barbour (James); six grandchildren, Amya, CJ, and Brantley Largent, Brittany Leake, Ben Barbour, and Kaylee Felberg Borges; and two great grandchildren, Hayden and Adalynn; four brothers, Frank, Harry, Luther, Charlie, and Donnie; and four sisters, Carolyn, JoAnn, Christine, and Maryann.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, George and Roger Largent; sister, Darlene and great grandchild, Xander.
Family will receive friends Friday, June 10, 2022 from6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home.
Service and interment are private.
