Obituary for Margaret Elizabeth Breeden (Manuel)
Margaret Elizabeth Breeden, 87 of Charles Town passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2020.
Born February 18, 1933 in Charles Town, she was the daughter of the late James and Stella Manuel.
Mrs. Breeden retired from the retail business at an early age, became a homemaker and invested her time in raising her family. She often claimed that her children were her greatest accomplishment. She had a large love for animals, especially the many canine companions that she had through the years. Her precious little dog, Blondie will really miss her. She was of the Methodist faith.
Margaret is survived by her husband of 56 years, Richard Benton Breeden, sons, Troy and Jason of Charles Town; grandson, Justin Breeden of Maryland and brother, James Manuel and wife Jackie of Maryland.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Edith Virginia Buford, brothers, Calvin and Morris Manuel.
Graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Monday, December 21, 2020 at the Edge Hill Cemetery with the Reverend Michael Withem officiating.
Family request that donations be made to, Hospice of the Panhandle, 330 Hospice Lane, Kearneysville, WV 25430.
Visitors are asked to wear mask and practice social distancing.
