Lynette Maria Freeman (m. Hall) age 68 of Ranson, WV passed away December 27, 2022. Born on October 14, 1954, to Maurice (Morris) Arthur Hall and Patricia Elaine Hall (m. Cage) in Akron, Ohio, she grew up surrounded by family and love. She attended Stark Tech College in Canton, Ohio and spent 17 years working for Timken, before relocating to Northern, VA in 1988.
Lynette was a devoted mother, grandmother, and wife who dedicated her life and love to her family. She worked for E+ technology as the accounting manager for 20 plus years before retiring in 2010. She was hard working and poured herself into her work. Her work ethic was truly unmatched. Lynette was the true definition of a survivor, having overcome any obstacles that came her way. She loved spoiling her grandchildren, spa days, shopping, traveling, and just spending quality time with those that she loved.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband and partner of 50 years Curtis Freeman of Ranson, her sons Davon (Tiffany) Hall of Ranson, Daunterial Hall of Independence, VA, her daughter Patrice (Cristian) Guzman of Charles Town, WV, two bonus daughters Dawn Pullin of Canton, Ohio and Shenita Wilson of Columbus, Ohio, a brother Malcolm Moore of South Carolina, 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
She is preceded in death by both her parents Morris and Patricia Hall, both her sisters Laurie Reynolds and Cheryl Hall, and her grandson Max Guzman.
Her love, light, and strength will live on in all that loved her. She will be truly missed by all that she touched.
A funeral service will be held 11 am, Saturday, January 7, 2023, at the Wainwright Baptist Church with the Pastor Paul Brown officiating. Interment will be in the Pleasant View Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
