Obituary for Linda Lee Buzzerd (Swaim)
Linda Lee Swaim Buzzerd, 82, passed away on Monday, October 17, 2022 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility.
Born May 7, 1940, in Berkeley Springs, WV she was the daughter of the late Roscoe Reed Swaim and Mary Emma Hovermill Swaim.
She was a Journalist for the Morgan Mesanger and a member of the Central Church of Christ
She is survived by sons Andrew W. Clark (Michael) and Travis R. Clark; step-sons James D. Buzzerd (Sandy), and Todd C. Buzzerd (Bev); daughter, Kim A. Brown (Craig); stepdaughter Elizabeth "Betsy" Hovermale (Rodney); grandchildren Kyra Brown, Liam Brown, Shelly Buzzerd, Cassandra Buzzerd, Alison Buzzerd, Morgan Buzzerd-Wills, Tiffany Hovermale, and Derek Hovermale; one great granddaughter, Haylee Waugh; brothers, Tommy Swaim (Janie), Lowell Eliot 'Jack" Swaim (Brenda); sisters Mary Jo Knight and Elizabeth Anne (Larry) Johnson; and a sister- in- law Thelma Ann Swaim.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Vernon W."Bobby Joe" Clark, second husband James Warren Buzzerd; two grandchildren, Jeremy Warren Buzzerd and Lindsay Lane Buzzerd; and a brother, Samuel D. Swaim,
Services and interment are private.
